Around Hoofddorp, it was necessary to replace an existing pressure pipeline. Our client chose to use two temporary pipelines from VandeGrijp. In total, a temporary pipeline system of 7 kilometers was realized.
Because the route crossed several roads, road overpasses with supports were installed at various locations. A particular challenge in this project was bridging a 40-meter-wide ditch. For this, a temporary pipeline bridge was designed and custom-fabricated in collaboration with the client. Using a heavy telescopic crane, this bridge was precisely placed in position.
Throughout the project, we solved several engineering challenges together with the client. In addition, crane assistance was provided at various locations to fully relieve the client of any concerns.
